Siva K. Sripada D.O.

President

Dr. Sripada received his medical training at the University of North Texas Health Science Center in Fort Worth, followed by an anesthesia residency at Parkland Hospital in Dallas. He completed subspecialty training in pain management at Texas Tech University in Lubbock. With over a decade of experience in southeast Michigan, he is dedicated to offering a wide range of treatment options to help patients manage chronic pain.

Vincent E. Rampersaud M.D.

Vice-President

Dr. Rampersaud studied orthopedics at Wayne State University and received extensive training in pain, spine, joint, and hand injuries. Since 2009, he has focused his practice on pain management, providing medical, interventional, and surgical treatments for patients experiencing chronic pain as well as bone and joint injuries.

Evan Peskin M.D.

Dr. Peskin completed his education and training in Miami, Florida, where he gained experience across anesthesiology, perioperative medicine, neuroanesthesia, intensive care, and trauma management. He holds a master’s degree in health management and policy, several medical device patents in ten countries, and was awarded a Veterans Administration Innovations Grant for developing peri/postoperative opioid use guidelines. His patient-centered approach prioritizes safety, quality of life, and active patient involvement in care. Outside of medicine, he enjoys entrepreneurship, cooking, baking, and recreational sports.

Shushruth Shenava M.D.

In practice since 2011, Dr. Shenava transitioned from anesthesiology to focus solely on pain management. He offers a comprehensive approach to treating chronic pain through procedural, behavioral, and medical options, emphasizing improved function and quality of daily living for his patients.
